Besides other things they are up in arms for violating the rules by using the words that he dared to use the words, God, Father, and Jesus Christ. Amongst other thing they listed in a letter to the Speaker of the House that Pastor Hibbs has in the past said things they hate. Like same-sex marriage is against God’s moral laws, and that homosexuality and the acceptance of LGBTQ rights is evidence that humanity is living in the ‘last days.
“Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you more than to God, you judge.For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.”
(Acts 4:19-20)
Which should also remind everyone what Joshua told the people,
“Now therefore, fear the LORD, serve Him in sincerity and in truth, and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the River and in Egypt. Serve the LORD! And if it seems evil to you to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”
(Joshua 24:14-15)
We are quickly approaching the last days which Jesus, and HIS Apostles warned us about;
“But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. Mat 24:38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.”
(Matthew 24:37-39)
“For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good,2Ti 3:4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!”
(2Timothy 3:2-5)
